Your robot. Your tasks. The right software.

A robot should fit the way you live and work. We are preparing custom robot software for households and businesses, from clear user interfaces to tailored workflows. Today, the starting point is your idea, a feasibility review and the options approved by the relevant manufacturer.

RALF’S FUTURE WORKSHOP CAZ LABS

The future has rhythm.
Ralf is warming up.

A robot, a few ideas for everyday life and Ralf in dance mode. Our little vision of a future with software that follows your rhythm.

Your idea sets the pace: we explore custom interfaces, clear controls and workflows for compatible robots. Together, we check what the chosen device can support.

Scene description and on-screen text

In a retro workshop, Ralf presses a button on a console. He dances while working and beside a robot, then grins with his hands on his hips. The instrumental track “Yakka” by Hÿbridae accompanies the film; there is no speech.

The title cards imagine everyday possibilities: “Time off? Programmable.” “A future idea: your home on autopilot. Connect devices. Assign tasks.” “You live. It tidies up. We are thinking about the software behind it.” “Lost your glasses? A search task instead of a family crisis.” “Bad mood? Activate the dance protocol.” “Your robot. Your rules. Your own workflows. Custom software.” The closing line reads: “The future has rhythm. And custom software.” These are fictional ideas for the future.

CAZ / ROBOT SOFTWARE CONCEPTS

The future needs
clear instructions.

Your idea becomes a workflow we can review. We check the device and its approved connections before a real robot joins in.

  1. 01

    Your task

A person decides what should happen.

  2. 02

    Your software

Clear controls, rules and required approvals.

  3. 03

    Approved interface

Only functions the manufacturer makes available.

  4. 04

    Device feedback

The robot reports the status of the task.

Illustrated workflow for a suitable robot model. Available functions and feedback depend on the manufacturer’s interfaces.

What custom robot software could do

An interface you understand

Choose a task, approve an action or check its progress. We design interfaces for tablets, phones and browsers. Generous controls, clear feedback and appropriate access permissions are planned around the people who will use them.

Your workflow, beyond standard menus

Which task has priority? When is confirmation needed? What happens after an interruption? We turn these questions into understandable rules. Which commands the device can actually execute depends on the functions its manufacturer makes available.

Connections to your existing software

A request from a service portal or a scheduled job could be the starting point. We review whether and how calendars, order systems or other software can connect, including available information, permissions and ongoing costs.

Explore the experience before connecting hardware

An interactive prototype or simulation demonstrates the proposed workflow before a real device is involved. Together, we can improve usability, follow-up questions and failure handling. For a subsequent pilot, we plan testing in the intended operating environment.

Clear approvals and responsibilities

We plan who may create, approve or cancel tasks and how feedback is recorded. Agreed access methods, manufacturer protections and clear responsibilities provide the foundation. Your team knows which steps it controls and what feedback to expect.

A manageable first pilot

If the device, interfaces and operating conditions are suitable, we plan a limited trial together. A clearly defined task, responsible people and agreed acceptance criteria help establish whether the solution works usefully in its intended setting.

From your idea to a concept we can evaluate

1

Describe the task and setting

What should become easier, who will use the solution, and where will it operate? Bring your idea and, if available, the manufacturer, model and documentation. Together, we narrow down a useful first application.

2

Review access and feasibility

We examine approved interfaces, required accounts and device restrictions. An interface is the intended connection through which programs exchange information or commands. If suitable access is unavailable, we explain that before committing to an integration.

3

Develop the interface and workflow

You see a design with tasks, approvals and feedback. Within the agreed scope, we develop the interface, connections and, where appropriate, a simulation. Costs, data storage, maintenance and the testing scope are agreed beforehand.

4

Test a suitable pilot together

A real pilot requires established prerequisites and responsibilities. We check agreed workflows, including interruptions, connection failures and feedback. Together, we then decide on improvements, potential expansion and ongoing support.

ENQUIRIES WELCOME NOW

We are getting ready. Bring your idea.

CAZ develops custom software. We are building up our robot software offering step by step: start with a real need, check the available technology, then develop a clearly scoped concept. Suitable interfaces, permission to use them and the conditions for a supervised pilot must be established before any real device integration.

Concept and feasibility enquiries are welcome today. Bring us a specific task, even if you have not selected a device yet. These examples illustrate possible directions, not ready-made products:

Around the home

A simple task selection screen or understandable status messages. Whether an existing household robot can connect depends on its approved functions.

Hospitality and service

Prepare service requests, obtain approval and show their progress. A possible connection to a service robot would be checked for the specific venue and device.

Assistive organisation

Manage task lists and pass requests to a responsible person. This supports organisation; it does not promise diagnosis or autonomous personal care.

Understand the possibilities before deciding.

What would you like your robot to learn?

Tell us about the task and the device you have in mind. Together, we will establish what software makes sense and what needs checking first.

No obligation. You can send files and details afterwards.
