A sales system for things that exist only once
Shop systems are built for stock: counters, variants, carts, reorder size M. If you deal in unique pieces, none of those assumptions helps. CAZ Vitrine is made for the other case - antiques, art, vintage, jewellery, collectibles and anything you sell exactly once. Base price 4,500 euros net, and then it is yours.
What the system does
A piece online in two minutes
Photograph it, say what you know - "silver 925 ring, garnet, 1960s". The AI turns that into a draft: title, description in your tone, category, material, tax rate. You check, correct, publish. With a batch mode for buying trips.
Enquiry instead of cart
The customer enquires, the piece is reserved for them. You confirm availability and shipping - not a detail when the item is a 1950s bureau. Only then do they order bindingly by link, by transfer or card. No double sales, no unwinding.
Invoices instead of Word
Sequential numbers, all mandatory details, tax rate per item, credit notes, export for your accountant. Every invoice is also a ZUGFeRD e-invoice - so you meet the B2B obligation before it applies.
Margin scheme built in
Tax mode per item: German §25a margin scheme, 19 or 7 per cent for art, plus a small-business switch. Exactly what the big shop systems cannot do cleanly - and exactly the normal case in second-hand trade.
On your server, no subscription
No shop system, no platform, no commission on sales. It runs on your own server for a few euros a month; domain and accounts are in your name. The source code is yours - any developer can carry on with it.
Found, by people and machines
Clean HTML, structured data per item, an archive of sold pieces, a machine-readable summary for AI answer engines. A catalogue is no use if nobody finds it.
From demo to first sale
Demo
We show you the running system with a fictional dealer: catalogue, capture, enquiry, order, invoice. Then you know whether it fits your trade - and we say so if it does not.
Setup
Design, your categories, tax modes, invoice layout, server, backups, security updates. We migrate existing items if they exist in usable form.
Training and handover
Two hours in person plus an illustrated operations manual: daily, monthly, emergency. After that you can work with it alone - that is the standard, not the exception.
Operation
Either you run it yourself - everything automatable is set up - or we handle updates, backup checks and faults. You can switch either way at any time.
See it before you decide
There is a complete demo instance with a fictional dealer and fictional objects - catalogue, capture, enquiry, order, invoice. Ten minutes on the running system tell you more than any proposal.
