Move to a new, independent HTML website without PHP or a CMS. For businesses and public authorities: a complete public website, built on clean hosting and coordinated with your IT team.
Availability, scope and timing are confirmed personally.
An update may be enough. A move away from PHP is your choice.
First, clarify the update with your IT team or host. You can also choose a lasting move to an independent static website, without having to return to the old PHP system.
HTML + CSS / NO PHP / NO CMS
Your website. Without the PHP dependency.
We deliver ready-to-serve HTML pages, CSS for the design and only the lightweight JavaScript your agreed features need. The public pages run without a PHP runtime or CMS plugins.
Hosting, domain access, a CDN and any added scripts still need secure operation. If you need a contact form, we agree a separate, maintained form service. An external CMS is optional and outside the rapid base scope.
RETHINK OLD DEPENDENCIES / KEEP OPEN STANDARDS
A simpler start. Room to grow.
The outage can be a moment to decide which features you actually need. HTML and CSS are open web standards. We build on them, reduce unnecessary dependencies and add clearly separated functions when they bring real value. A new booking feature, a form or a later editorial system gets its own scope and maintenance plan.
A CLEAR SCOPE / A PRACTICAL PLAN
A complete public presence. Delivered as static HTML.
We agree the pages and functions your customers or citizens need. Both options are independent websites that can be expanded after the rapid launch.
TARGET / 24 HOURS
Your business. Reachable again.
A compact static business website with a focused page structure: who you are, what you offer and how to reach you.
The rapid scope covers public business and information websites. Full online shops, ERP integrations, specialist systems and transactional public-service portals need a separate scope and schedule. We agree any accessibility requirements and checks before starting.
BEFORE THE CLOCK STARTS
24–48 hours needs a clear starting point.
The target is an agreed delivery window. We confirm your specific scope and start once these five things are ready.
01
Agreed scope
Pages, features, price and start time confirmed in writing.
02
Available capacity
We confirm a slot before the target clock starts.
03
Approved content
Text, images, contact details and legal notices ready to use.
04
Clean hosting & domain access
Separate hosting and authorised access to the domain or an agreed temporary address.
05
Fast approvals
A named contact who can make decisions during delivery.
FROM OUTAGE TO PUBLICATION
Three steps. One shared plan.
01
Plan the move
We clarify what your IT team needs to do for the old system, which public content you need and what the new website should provide without PHP.
02
Confirm scope and start
You receive an agreed scope, price and target date. We establish the clean hosting environment and the approval process.
03
Build, check, publish
We implement the agreed website, test the public pages and contact paths, and publish after your approval. Domain changes are coordinated with your IT team.
SEPARATE HOSTING / CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES
A new public website. The old system still needs attention.
An independent website can restore public information and contact. It does not clean a compromised server. Investigation, remediation and approval of the existing system stay with the responsible IT or security team. We do not carry over suspect code, backups or databases without assessment.
IT PARTNERS / ACROSS GERMANY
Your IT team. Our nationwide network.
We coordinate suitable IT companies from our nationwide partner network case by case, together with your existing IT team and host. We agree who handles the infrastructure, who provides access and who approves publication.
For public authorities, the rapid website can provide approved public information and contact details. Procurement, accessibility requirements, specialist applications and operating responsibilities are clarified separately. Availability and partner involvement are confirmed individually.
Can I move away from PHP instead of restarting the old website?
Yes. Our offer is a new, independent static HTML website without PHP or a CMS. We first clarify with your IT team what is needed for the old system; a security update may be enough for its continued use. If you choose a lasting move away from PHP, we agree the content and functions to transfer to the new public website.
When does the 24- or 48-hour target start?
The target starts at the start time confirmed in writing, once the scope and price are agreed, capacity is available, approved content and the necessary domain access are ready, and clean hosting is available. You also need a named contact who can approve work quickly. The deadline and any external dependencies are agreed individually.
What can a new website include in 24 or 48 hours?
The 24-hour target covers a compact static business website with agreed content, services and contact options. The 48-hour target covers an agreed multi-page marketing or information website. We deliver HTML, CSS and any necessary lightweight JavaScript, without PHP or a CMS in the base scope. Both options include mobile presentation and the legal pages you provide. Full shops, ERP connections, specialist applications and transactional public-service portals require separate planning.
Can you help public authorities and organisations across Germany?
Yes. We can build a public information website with contact details, current notices and approved content. We coordinate suitable IT companies from our nationwide partner network case by case. Procurement, accessibility requirements, hosting, approvals and any specialist applications are clarified before starting.
Does a static website make the old server safe?
No. The new static website runs on separate, clean hosting and does not fix a compromised server. Investigation and remediation of the old system remain a separate task for the responsible IT or security team. Suspect code, backups and databases are not copied over without assessment. Hosting, domain access and any external form service or added scripts still need secure operation and maintenance.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Your website address, organisation, a callback number, a short description of the outage and the public content you need most urgently. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, log dumps or personal incident data through email or this form. We agree any necessary access transfer separately.

A website address, your organisation, a callback number and a short description are enough to start. We will confirm the next steps and whether the rapid delivery scope fits.
