Background

anarchisten.de is an in-house project and sister site of CAZ Labs. It focuses on digital independence: helping businesses make their own choices about AI, data, software and websites. The provocative name refers to technology, not party politics. The site presents existing CAZ services in a distinct, deliberately direct voice.

The challenge

The site needed to attract attention while making its purpose clear: who is behind it, which services are available and how can visitors enquire? The visual concept therefore needed a recognisable sender, readable content and ways to skip elaborate motion.

Our solution

We developed the concept, visual identity and website. Signal orange, black and paper white define the design, alongside large block lettering, poster panels, stamps and a letter A with cat ears. The opening stages the demolition of a deliberately generic website-builder page: a cat's paw knocks elements over before the actual site appears. A rebuilding sequence then assembles a new page beside a code display, step by step. A wall of statements pairs views on technology with explanations and relevant CAZ services. An interactive table extends the idea with movable 3D blocks that visitors can knock over.

A special detail

A cost calculator uses adjustable inputs to compare recurring website-builder subscriptions with a one-off website fee and hosting. An opening input field carries the visitor's request into the contact form. Animations can be skipped; comfort controls and support for reduced-motion preferences provide calmer ways to explore. A dedicated disclosure explains the use of AI during production and the role of human responsibility.

The outcome

A distinctive sister site with clear attribution to CAZ Labs and a stated focus on technology.
A consistent visual identity in signal orange, black and paper white, from the logo to the contact form.
Demolition, rebuilding and an interactive table express the central idea through three different interactions.
A calculator, service links and a contact form turn the presentation into practical guidance.
