Optional versions can support your exhibition stand, website and social channels. We agree lengths, aspect ratios, captions and languages in advance so the content can work before and after the event as well.

Brief and review the material
Tell us the event date, requested delivery date and time, product, audience and intended film length. Supply screen specifications, logos, approved copy and any existing photos, footage or relevant CAD data. We check which assets are usable for production.
Confirm scope, price and deadline
We agree the message, feasibility, formats and review rounds, then provide an individual quote. An express deadline is confirmed only after we have checked the assets, approval process and our production capacity.
Produce and review together
We design, animate and edit the agreed film. An available decision-maker on your side consolidates feedback and approves the content. This keeps technical corrections and reviews manageable when the deadline is close.
Export for your exhibition stand
Following approval, we deliver the agreed files with the required resolution, aspect ratio and playback settings. Loops, sound versions and additional formats are included where commissioned. Allow time for a test on the actual playback equipment before the event.
