Space & visitor flow
We establish what visitors see first, where products are explained and where conversations happen. This informs the spatial concept and agreed views; 3D visualisation can be included in the scope.
Exhibition builds & stand design
From the first space concept to the finished stand, we connect design, physical structures, film and interactive applications. Appropriate exhibition builders and specialist contractors handle fabrication and installation.
For companies that want to explain products, create room for conversations and plan a coherent exhibition presence. We can also extend an existing stand with media or an interactive station.

Form, materials, lighting and finishes suit your brand and use. Together with construction partners, we identify which elements need custom fabrication and where reusable systems make sense.
A film that works without sound, a touch catalogue or a configurator: we develop content and custom software around viewing distance, interaction and the actual equipment.
Delivery, setup windows, connections, handover and dismantling are planned together. Packaging, return transport, storage and adaptation for future events are included where agreed.
CLEAR STEPS · CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES
Review the floor plan, dimensions, open sides, products, visitors and objectives.
Approve design, materials, media, responsibilities and the quotation before delivery begins.
Coordinate dimensions, fixings, power, data and interaction across construction, equipment and software.
Install, test functions and brief the stand team. Prepare dismantling and reuse.
A POSSIBLE APPLICATION
One possible combination: a real exhibit on an open stand, a short film for an overview and a touch application for detail. The meeting area stays clear. This is a concept, not a client reference.
Floor area alone does not determine the cost. Construction method, materials, media, connections, transport and reuse all matter. We define and quote the scope clearly, identifying organiser charges and third-party services.
A rough idea is enough for an initial conversation. We establish any missing information together.
Yes. We review dimensions, condition, interfaces and rights. Film, a touch application, presentation furniture or new graphics can be useful additions. Structural changes are agreed with the responsible construction partners.
Exhibition builders, installers and specialist contractors in the partner network deliver the agreed construction work. CAZ contributes design, content and software. For broader event delivery we assemble the right team from our network. Responsibilities are specified in the quote.
Yes, where this is part of the brief. We consider changing floor areas, durable materials, replaceable media and transport. Storage, maintenance and future alterations are agreed specifically.
Ideally as soon as the exhibition and stand area are confirmed. Materials, fabrication, approvals and organiser deadlines determine lead time. For urgent requests we check a realistic scope before confirming a date.
Tell us your idea, venue, date and budget range if known. We will clarify scope and the right team with you.
