We combine experience in event organisation and production delivery. Together we coordinate the agreed specialists and interfaces, such as stage, stand construction, AV and venue.
Schedule, content & rehearsals
A shared running order connects speakers, film, presentations and interaction. CAZ produces suitable content and applications; technical setup, playback and rehearsals become part of the production plan.
Logistics & on-site support
Access, loading times, materials, crew and contacts need to work together. We plan setup, dismantling, event support and return transport with the team within the agreed scope.

What determines the effort?
Guest numbers, duration, venue, equipment, staffing, content and logistics determine the work involved. We discuss what is already in place and what needs to be supplied. Scope, fees, third-party costs and responsibilities are agreed before commissioning.

Can you handle complete delivery?
Yes, with our experienced network and the right specialist partners. Overall planning, suppliers, logistics and on-site delivery can form part of the commission. We define the included services, responsibilities and contacts in advance.
Who is my point of contact?
CAZ Labs is your point of contact for ideas, design, films, custom software and the agreed overall delivery. Where additional expertise is needed, we assemble a suitable team of experienced specialists from a network built over almost 30 years.
Can our existing suppliers take part?
Yes. We clarify existing contracts, contacts, handovers and boundaries. A shared plan shows who handles each task and which decisions are still needed.
Are permits and safety responsibilities included?
We clarify venue and organiser requirements early and identify the necessary specialists. Responsibilities for checks, approvals and safety are explicitly assigned. They are not automatically included in every commission.
