Accessibility that actually counts
Under the European Accessibility Act, private businesses must now make their websites accessible too. We deliver real compliance to WCAG 2.1 AA — not a one-click promise, but clean code that holds up to scrutiny.
What you get with us
Accessibility Audit
Automated WCAG scan plus manual testing with screen reader and keyboard. You get a readable report with a concrete action plan.
Real Code Remediation
We fix the substance: alt text, contrast, keyboard operation, semantic HTML, ARIA, form labels. WCAG 2.1 AA — not just on the surface.
Comfort Widget
Font size, contrast, motion pause, read-aloud and more — as an assistive tool for your visitors. One line of code, in your branding.
Ongoing Monitoring
Accessibility is not a one-time state. We scan regularly and flag new barriers before they become a problem.
Accessibility Statement
The law requires a published accessibility statement with a feedback contact. We create it and keep it current — your proof in an audit.
Personal Guidance
No ticket system, no jargon. We explain clearly what's mandatory, what's optional — and what you actually need.
How it works
Initial check
We take a free, no-obligation look at your site and tell you honestly whether and how strongly you're affected.
Audit & plan
The detailed accessibility audit uncovers all barriers. You get a readable report with an action plan and a fixed-price quote.
Implementation
We fix the code to be WCAG-compliant and, on request, install the comfort widget. Tested with screen reader and keyboard.
Ongoing care
With the retainer you stay compliant long-term: monitoring, re-audits and an up-to-date accessibility statement as proof.
Does the law apply to you?
Since 28 June 2025, accessibility law applies to many private businesses — not just the public sector. Affected are, among others:
Only micro-enterprises are exempt (under 10 staff and under €2M annual revenue) — and even they benefit from accessible sites. Violations risk warnings, fines and, in extreme cases, a ban on the offering.
Why not just a widget?
Providers like accessiBE or UserWay promise accessibility "at the push of a button". It doesn't work — and can even be dangerous: in the US, companies relying on such overlays have been sued. A widget only changes the surface, not the underlying code. Real compliance only happens when the site itself is built cleanly. That's exactly what we do — the widget is a comfort add-on, not a fig leaf.
